The stay here was great for the price. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and warm, loved it. The bathroom was particularly good, included a shower and a hairdryer.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a safe area, near to downtown, Columbus, and a waffle house and gas station. The location was good and unbeatable - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. Also, St Johns Lutheran Church was 2 miles away from the property. The bed in our immaculately clean and warm room was nice. The personnel were really helpful and amicable.

It was queit for being close to an highway.

I got bitten by something and now my whole right arm is covered in bites also my lower back, both legs and some on my left arm. Thanks to them i now i have doctor's appointment.

Rooms were fairly clean, the a.c worked wonderfully. It was quiet, for such an area.

The check-in was pleasant, and the location near the freeway and Waffle House was great. The room could use a thorough cleaning, and I found my sheets unclean. I appreciate the friendly service, but improvements are definitely needed in maintenance.

The room was a good size. The water pressure was great in the shower. The bed was comfortable.

When we got there, had to wait for someone who knew how to operate the computer. Staff did not seem to have the reservation on record, I had copy of confirmation. Breakfast was very limited and the juice machine was not working.

Darkness of room, tub was dirty had a big piece of soap stuck to the side of tub. the room had a musky smell but after door was open for a while it was ok. the fan was very loud on the a/c

The hotel is close to the Columbus Convention Center. The room was comfortable and included a refrigerator and microwave.

The breakfast offerings were limited - juice, bagels and two kinds of cereal. I would have preferred a bit more variety.

Rang bell several times before anyone appeared to check in, waited at least 10 minutes to check in. Requested a first floor room and tried to give me second floor
